The greatest change is that the marginal risk of severe thunderstorms (level 1 of 5) has been extended to the west to the Sabine River. The main threat with activity looks to damaging winds. The risk of excessive rainfall remains the same with a marginal risk (level 1of 4)  generally along and south of HWY 190 east of the Sabine River.  Generally 1.5 inch or less of rainfall is expected, however locally heavy downpours could produce up to 2-4 inches of rainfall in a short period of time across mainly the marginal risk area.
