Good morning all, rain chances do appear to return to that summertime typical pattern this week with 10 to 40 percent chances expected each afternoon. The increase in cloud cover and persistent upper level pattern will offer normal summer time temps in the low to mid 90s with heat indices in the 99 to 106F range. While this will still be a heat risk, especially for those returning to school and outdoor activities, it’s a far cry from the oppressive heat wave we’ve had in the last weeks.
