Southeast Louisiana and Southern Mississippi partners – 

Here is an update concerning the potential for tropical cyclone development in the Gulf.

Overview:

There is a LOW (20%)chance of tropical cyclone development over the next 7 days in the northeastern Gulf. This system is NOT expected to have impacts for our area at this time. We will continue monitoring this system over the next week.
