UPDATE FROM US NWS LAKE CHARLES 7.21.26 4 AM

Good morning friends and colleagues of NWS Lake Charles.

The 4am update regarding Tropical Storm Bertha is attached. Bertha strengthened a bit overnight, however, dry air and increasing shear will limit the risk for rapid intensification. Chances still favor Bertha to weaken as it reaches south central Louisiana Thursday morning.
