LA 317 at the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge (Bayou Sale) will have alternating lane closures on Wednesday, September 9 from
7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform routine bridge inspections.

Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.

The road will be open to regular traffic with 16-foot lane restrictions on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
