UPDATE FROM US NWS LAKE CHARLES SLACK CHANNEL 9.3.26

Moisture will continue to stream across the region today behind the remnants of Edouard. Heavy rain will be possible and this could

cause localized flooding again today, especially in saturated areas of southeast Texas. A weakness aloft and high moisture levels will

remain in place through the weekend with scattered to numerous showers and storms possible, mainly in the afternoons.
