Here is an update concerning the threat of severe weather Today.

Most likely situation: A few thunderstorms producing wind gusts to 40 mph, small hail, ponding of water in low lying and poor drainage areas.

Most Dangerous situation: A few thunderstorms producing damaging wind gusts greater than 60 mph, hail quarter size or larger, localized flash flooding with some roads becoming impassable.
