TROPICAL UPDATE FROM LA OFFICE OF STATE CLIMATOLOGY 8.28.26

The National Hurricane Center has officially declared Dolly an open wave and will no longer be issuing advisories on it.

Its remnants are forecast to continue moving westward but the environment will remain hostile and regeneration is not expected.
